By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Smart Credit Solutions Services, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.

2.2 Lifetime Access

Lifetime access to purchased content refers to the duration of availability of the product/course. If the product/course is retired or discontinued, access is revoked. Member access is contingent upon active subscription status and ends immediately upon cancellation.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

5.1 Physical Returns & Non-Subscription Products

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee covering product price only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return products within 30 days from purchase for a refund. Provide valid return proof (e.g., delivery confirmation/signature required).

5.2 Subscriptions, Trials, and Digital Products

Smart Credit University memberships may start with a free or discounted trial. Trials last 7 days unless stated otherwise. We charge your payment method upon trial completion unless canceled beforehand. Membership fees auto-renew monthly unless canceled.

Cancellation requests can be made via phone (888-844-8833) or email (contact@mysmartcreditrepair.com). Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided.

Excessive refunds or repeated returns for the same product are prohibited.

ACCESS REVOCATION

Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distributing content results in immediate revocation of access, forfeiture of payment, and potential legal actions.

NO REFUNDS POLICY

No refunds are provided for digital products once accessed or downloaded.

DO-THE-WORK GUARANTEE

Our digital products have a "do-the-work" guarantee. To qualify for support under this guarantee, you must demonstrate full and genuine participation and completion of all assignments and actions provided in the training materials. DISCOUNT POLICY

Refunds for event tickets must be requested 30 days before the event. Ticket transfers incur a $50 fee and cannot occur within 30 days of the event. Resale requests may be submitted without guarantees of resale.

Refunds for live streams are only processed in case of technical issues, reported on the event’s first day.

You must be at least 18 years old to create and maintain an account with Smart Credit Solutions. Ensure accurate and updated account information. Smart Credit Solutions reserves the right to remove access to outdated or discontinued content without liability.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Any content (text, images, audio, video) submitted by you on Smart Credit Solutions platforms remains your intellectual property. However, you grant Smart Credit Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publicly display such content. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Smart Credit Solutions content and services are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation is prohibited and subject to legal penalties.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Smart Credit Solutions, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of our products or services.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Credit Solutions, LLC, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorney's fees, asserted by any third-party arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the services.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Bernalillo County, NM, pursuant to the American Arbitration Association's rules. You expressly waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits, agreeing instead to resolve disputes individually through arbitration.

FORCE MAJEURE

Smart Credit Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, wars, terrorism, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, technological failures, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
